Today's service by Melvin, Edgar, and Cesar, was fantastic. Super nice guys, they were proficient and got it done, all the while informing me of what the problems were and how to address them. When I did my Review online it gave me no chance to give these guys some credit.

On 2/4/22 furnace would not ignite. Had service contract with different Sterling VA company who would not come out. Husband called B&B and they came out that evening. Fixed furnace. So impressed with service we signed a maintenance service contract. On 5/11/22 called B&B for contractual maintenance check and Vic found repairs needed to air conditioner. Air conditioner 20 yrs old we refused the repairs and requested an estimate for new air conditioner. On 5/20 called B&B to request repairs (in lieu of high heat) B&B came out 3 hours after we called and successfully repaired air conditioner at low cost. When they say "we are always there when you need us." That is true !

Mr. Almonte was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing. He also told me why I should turn the water off for the summer for the system to work more efficiently. I asked him to take a picture so that I would be sure to do it correctly and he did.

Juan did the spring servicing of our air conditioning system today. He arrived on time and was very polite in explaining what needed to be checked and what was optional. He is a good communicator. We would be happy to see him in the future.

Just wish to send my appreciation for today's inspection by "GU" (Mr. Kim) who did a great and thorough job, not only inspecting the air conditioning system, but also suggesting necessary improvements and did them in a timely fashion.

Wish to compliment B&B Tech, Young (Kim), for his repair work/trouble-shooting at my McLean residence on 10 Feb 2021. Young quickly identified problem with our heat pump, replaced faulty fuses, and quickly brought the unit back into an operational status. Young was professional, efficient and clearly well-trained. He has excellent customer service skills and was both polite and helpful in explaining the problem and his subsequent repair work. Young's performance was exemplary and reflects well on the reputation of B&B and its technicians which one reason I have remained a loyal customer for nearly twenty years.
