B&B Disclaimers

  1. We DO NOT and CANNOT make any guarantees or representations as to health aspects of your indoor coil assembly. Our coil cleaning procedure, (if the indoor coil assembly is accessible) merely relates to optimizing mechanical efficiency of the systems operation. Biological growth can start in as little as 6 to 48 hours after cleaning. Should biological growth of any kind be a health issue, the customer should inquire about devices such as UV Lights and air cleaning technology to help reduce future build up.
  2. Your indoor coil should have an access door so that our technicians can visually inspect its condition during your maintenance inspection. If your indoor coil assembly does not, we can provide a free estimate to make an access door. Although we can clean your indoor coil assembly to maintain efficiency, our technicians are not qualified to make health-related determinations.
  3. Whether or not you experience mold growth depends largely on how you manage and maintain your home or building. Our responsibility as an HVAC contractor must be limited to things we can control. B&B makes no warranty or representation of any kind, express or implied, regarding the presence or effect of microbial mater on or in proximity to the property. B&B assumes no responsibility for any damages caused by microbial mater, fungus or similar condition of growth on property, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, loss of income, emotional distress, death, loss of use, loss of value, adverse health effects or any other effects.
  4. Air conditioning and humidifier condensate over time mixed with biomatter can cause blockages in the condensate drain lines. It is strongly recommended that condensate lines should be blown out using high pressure gases during the spring and fall maintenance. This will help prevent unnecessary water damages resulting in a homeowners claim. B&B WILL NOT and CANNOT be held responsible for any water damages resulting from a clogged drainage system. Please inquire with our service technicians on devices that can be added to your equipment and will shut off the system to prevent costly water damages in the future, especially if your indoor equipment is in a finished area or any attic installation.
